Advice on partial new build

Had a GPU call it quits the other day and as it was fairly dated I am in need of mostly new internals.
Parts possibly replacing with--

Main questions about the parts selected are:
1. GPU - Is the GTX770 w/ 2GB vram enough or should I go for the 4GB version? Price difference of $30 on Newegg.

2. CPU - Mostly for gaming, but also recording/editing. Would an upgrade to the i7-3770k over the i5-3570k be worth it?

3. PSU - ??

I would Change the PSU for sure. Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic only.
