I've been told by some people that my CPU is last gen and when I asked if I could upgrade to a 4060 Ti, they told me it would be bottlenecked by my i5-8400. I looked it up and it turns out they are right. I haven't really been keeping up with the best pc parts or which is better. I heard AMD is a pretty good option now. I'm pretty sure they always were, but I was always afraid of thermals that I heard they had a hard time with. I was wondering what are some decent parts I can swap out my current parts with or if I could just really upgrade my gpu?

I mean..............judging from these specs and how much I'd say you'd have to pay at max you'd probably think I'm crazy................with that said I can see you've kept your main periphs to one brand (MSI) which is good; less to worry bout...............as for upgrades I'd say go for upgrading your CPU to either an i7-8700 or i9-9900 as they seem like a good middle ground high CPU upgrade to keep the 2060 in check as well as a little RAM upgrade to 32Gbs if you'd want..........................other than that your good................................
