So Cyber Monday is coming up, I have a small budget of £300 pounds and I would like some advice on upgrades.

CPU: Intel i7-920 Processor 2.67GHz (Overclocked to 3.8GHz)
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon r7 260x 1GHz 2GB
RAM: OCZ Gold XTC DDR3 4GB
Motherboard: ASUS P6X58D-E
CPU Cooler: Titan TTC-NK85TZ Fenrir CPU cooler
Harddrive: Sandisk SSD 120 GB
PSU: Antec true power 750w
Monitor: BenQ XL2430T 144hz 1ms 1920x1080

Doing some research it seems the i7 920 is still pulling its weight @ 1080p even in modern games when OC to 4.2 GHz.

I know I should probably upgrade my CPU/motherboard at some point although for now, I would prefer just getting a good graphics card. I plan on buying an RX 480 or a GTX 1060 3gb, maybe the 6gb version?

I'll get a better CPU cooler so I can run that OC at good temps, maybe liquid cooling? I was looking at the h105 from corsair? They have a deal to save £50 right now.

The part where I really need help with is RAM, What would be the best ram to get for the ASUS P6X58D-E ? Would my current RAM be enough? Would it make that much of a difference?

Any help appreciated!

Edit: I mainly use my pc for gaming, mostly playing csgo although knowing i could play most games at 1080p with nice frames would be nice. In csgo, a cpu intense game? my gpu is running at 100% while my cpu runs at 20% lol.
