Affordable CPU cooler for the i7-4790k

I don't think I will be overclocking, but maybe in the future. So just in case of that I got the k version, and why not any way, it costs only a bit more. I was recommended the hyper 212 evo, but many people said it's bad for overclocking unless it's just very minor. Is there anything else that could be good for overclocking that's about that price point (and hopefully also easy to install haha).

The Hyper 212 EVO easily handles a 4770K up through about 4.4-4.5 24/7 and around 4.6 in a regular user 8 hour day...with the 4790K it should run even higherwith no problem as with the new TIM on the Devils Canyon CPUs they run cooler anyway
