AFOrd Cam to rescue, Xp PC

hi, i am looking to buy a pc from dell, vostro 230 slim tower gona custamize it so that it has Nvidia Gefore G310, 512 mb and downgraded to Xp pro, 1gb ram, 2.5dual core intel celeron processor.
1. Can i play games on it that require 1gb ram with high settings on this customizeable pc?( i am playing games from GPOTATO.com(site) game name(Aiko, aldos and flyff online) 2. Can this pc be modified later e.g. the ram upgrade and video card upgrade and if i upgrade it would i need more psu power(things like that)?

You don't want to try building a gaming system around a celeron. It looks like that system comes standard with a p41 chipset. So you can get Core 2 Duos, and Quads. They would be much better for gaming, and wouldn't bottleneck a graphics upgrade as much.

Keep in mind, it's a slim tower. You're not going to have much room in there for upgrades. Not to mention, a standard ATX PSU, likely will not fit.

I think you want a standard ATX tower with a quad core processor, and dual PCIe 16X slots.

thanks for esponding, Is there a difference between dual core and 2 core duo? i think i am gonna stick with the this graphics card that i have at the moment which will not affect the psu right? and will only upgrade the ram to 2gig or 4gig, is the ram upgrade possible in this system? thanks again and the system is 2 core duo(i said dual core because i thought they were the same things)

Core 2 duos are newer architecture, have faster FSBs, and more cache. If you stay with the stock graphics package, you'll be fine with that PSU.
