After a backup restore program

hi there can anyone help me does anyone know of a easy program what it can create a new restore disk for the pc <backup>, its just i see lots out there but im after a dummy version and one so i can burn on to disk
what type of programs do the factory use to reset laptops back to factory settings with there cd? somethink like that i need any advice thanks

synctoys is good for creating normal file backups,

you could do some research on creating a slipstream windows cd,
what version of windows is this for? if its xp look up nlite.
