So when I'm inactive on my laptop for a minute or so, the laptop starts this windows animation. I seriously want to turn it off. Does anyone know how to?

Solution
1. Right-click on desktop and click personalize.
2. Click on "lock screen"
3. Scroll down and click "screen saver settings"
4. From the drop down menu select "none" and click "ok"

Cheers :)
Yeah it is your screen saver. Right click on the start button and choose settings. Then click system...then personalization. Under lock screen you should see "screen saver settings". Click that and from there you can fix it by choosing none or changing it to a longer time frame before the screen saver turns on or shoose another screen saver altogether.
