At face value, the parts will go with each other though IMHO, you should look at a higher wattage, higher quality PSU since the RTX 3000 series were notorious for having high transient load spikes. Why are you investing in AM4 when you should be able to go with an AM5 platform...?

The 3070 is a really odd choice here. $600 is a terrible price. I'm not a fan of the 5070's value proposition, but you can find them for $550 and it's quite obviously a massive upgrade on the 3070. And if you're fine with 3070-esque performance, a 9060 XT 16 GB can be found easily under $400.

for the psu is 850 watts good?
