Hi,

I went into my Bios and there was an option of Ram frequency which was by default set to automatic, I changed it to 1066 mhz. Thereafter, I saved and exited bios to my surprise the display won't show on the monitor and the CPU fan, GPU fan and everything else works except for keyboard and mouse. There is no light in keyboard, mouse and there is no display on the monitor.
After that, I re-setted my cmos battery and then I turned the system on but there was no display, also I tried to remove cmos jumper from 1,2 to 2, 3 and back to 1, 2 but there was no luck unfortunately. I also reseated the RAM from slot 1 to other slots but no improvement in the problem. Sometimes, when I plug the power cord of PSU after resetting the BIOS battery the system automatically starts up and I can hear the sound of CPU when it boots up under normal circumstances but the monitor shows nothing. And yes, I have also tried removing and reseating the GPU.

What can I do to make it running once again?

My motherboard is Intel DP35DP.

I already checked with a different stick of borrowed RAM, it still is not working. And I also checked with a different GPU and the display won't turn on. That leads me to believe that my motherboard is defective here. But according to maugusto, CPU may as well be defective but I don't see the reason why he said that.
