Question After BIOS update, the GPU only works after Windows has loaded ?

Hello community!
I hope this is the right place to ask this:
Yesterday I did a bios update and now my ASUS PRIME X570-P no longer recognizes my GPU.
I get no video output until the OS has finished loading.
I get the "beep code" of Long-Short-Short-Short (something to do with GPU).

Unfortunately system has no integrated graphics output, since I have an AMD Ryzen Gen3 Processor.

Since I have Dual-Boot I need to see the monitor output before Windows starts loading.

Hopefully you can understand my problem well enough to help me out here!

boot to bios within windows, set the boot order correctly or try booting with an usb flash drive and try repairing your dual boot menu
