Question After installing the new Graphic Card this icon starts to turn red , is that normal ? and what does that mean?

Before installing my new GPU the icon wasn't even lightening. now it turned to red.

One of those is to indicate power and the other SSD/HDD activity. Neither really has anything to do with your GPU.

Could have been a loose connection that you jostled into making better contact when installing your GPU.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

The linked image only shows (as near as I can determine) a blue and a red LED.

What was the "old" GPU and what is the '"new" GPU?

Did you manually download the applicable GPU drivers and reinstall/reconfigure them sans any third party tools or installers?

The old graphic card is integrated gpu AMD Radeon 5600 G and the new one is gtx 1660 super . I already replugged all the cables from power supply and motherboard.

So what should i do ? Replug the cables?

Just make sure your front panel connectors are firmly/fully attached to the motherboard header pins.
