Question After pc idle for over 30 min the screen flashes Green then video turns off until restart

So I have something really weird happening with my pc. Whenever I leave my pc idle for an extended period of time. (over 30min) The video output from my 6800xt will turn off. No matter what i do it won't turn back on until i restart. It never happens if im using the computer activly. only if I haven't typed or moved the mouse the whole time. Today was the first time I saw it happen and a split second before it turned off the video output was solid green. Also even when the video crashes/times out the computer stays on and still runs.
Any help would be great. Thanks.
PS. I have disabled sleep and screen off features in battery and performance in windows settings.

Msi gaming x trio 6800xt
I have two monitors both generic. I switched to multiple monitors. None fix the issue

The PSU is a corsair ax850
ones a cheap samsung monitor and ive tried a couple aoc monitors and a msi monitor as well.
