when i startup my laptop and i look at task manager, i see its at 30-40% and after around 10 seconds it jumps to 40-70%, is this normal or not? btw i have 8gb ram please help me because my games run very slow, and i have windows 11

I dont think its worth going to a repair shop or something else because the screen is flickering sometimes and the screen is detached on one side of my laptop and theres much more wrong with it, so im gonna try to get it to work as long as possible but i think my cpu thermal paste is dead my gpu's are dying and my cpu itself is super hot so yeathan update to build 22454 ?
