hello,

i replace my old SPU with Thermaletale LitePower 700W.
i got wrong temp of 87 celsius only to the CPU.(motherboard, GPU, HD show normal temp)
i have KAMAMETER sensor that connected directly to the cpu heat sink and it show me normal temp of 40 celsius degree. but in the bios and other temperature software they show me 87 degree...

i had try to turn off the copmuter for a minute and turn it on again..i update the chipset software..nothing help.

im adding a picture of bios H\W monitor.

That is indeed strange. I can't think of any reason the PSU would be the cause if all the voltages are normal. The ones listed in your pic look good. Have you tried temporarily connecting the old PSU back up to see if the issue still exists?

Thing is though, its not impossible the new PSU has a problem. If the temp problems go away when you put the old psu back, then it almost certainly has.

i suspect the 4pin connector..can i connect only the 4pin connector from the old PSU and stay all the other plugs from the new PSU connected? they have diffarent power of watt.
