Question After windows 10 loading screen the monitor goes to sleep

Hi
Everything was fine I shutdown the pc went to sleep came back turned it on I get the bios screen then the windows loading screen instead of getting the welcome screen the monitor goes to sleep and no response after clicking any keys ?
Update . It seems I can go safe mode fine but not normal
I tried unplugging my GPU and connected the cable with mobo it started fine 🤔
