Afterburner reports 2 GPUs but only 1 installed.

I have a single 1060GTX 6GB factory clocked.
Nvidia driver version 388.13 on Windows 7 SP1 x64
I have one display adapter in device manager.

MSI Afterburner reports in the Active hardware monitoring graphs that there is "GPU1 usage" and "GPU2 usage"
Also "GPU1 VID usage" and "GPU2 VID usage".
Onboard intel gfx is uninstalled and disabled in device manager.

Anyone explain why there is GPU2 info and working graphs?
I get stuttering in videos and furmark and they appear to be in sync with random spikes from the GPU2 graphs.

Is your on board video also enabled?

On some motherboards the onboard remains enabled until disabled, even if the discrete video is selected as primary. Which could explain your 2nd video card.

As explianed in OP "Onboard intel gfx is uninstalled and disabled in device manager."
Now I don't even see it in the device manager even with "show hidden devices" enabled.

Updated Afterburner to the latest release and it now sees 1 GFX card.
