Question Aida64 black screen

So I just overclocked my ryzen 1600 AF to 4ghz with a voltage of 1.3 and after running aida64 the monitor went black immediately with the pc still running

Im using an asus gtx 1060 and 750w psu from corsair I think. I dont really wanna open the pc up at this moment as it is still running the test it seems
