Depends on particular AIO, most cheaper ones need pump to run full speed and be connected to AIO_FAN/PUMP header which are not speed adjustable just for that reason.can i connect an aio pump to a cpu header??

That kind of MB has very little of cooling options so you may be better off with a good air cooler.
