Question Aio radiator tubes positionning

So I know that in the case of a normal aio with the pump in the cpu block the tubes of the radiator are supposed to be up (I'm only talking about vertically placed radiators)

But what if the pump is in the radiator? Is the side of the rad with the pump ans tubes supposed to be down?

Than it's more about radiator positioning, I'd mount it so pump is lowest part.

With pump on top, kinda make it difficult to mount as most cases don't have the clearance above, without hitting the top mount fan in the rear or optical/case in the front.
