Alienware Alpha i7

Found a Alienware Alpha i7 but not sure on which model it is ,1tb hd 8gb ram with steam controller its runnin linux but i think i can put win10 on it, think its worth 350$?? I already built my first pc but this seems like a great deal i could get for my son to put in his room (trying to get him more into pc gaming and away from consoles)

He dosent know i looked it up and its either a custom gtx 745 or 860m but they also say the graphics card can not be upgraded in the alpha's

I mean those cards aren't going to perform very strongly in games, but $350 isn't much money to pay... What kind of games is this thing going to be running?

Mainly minecraft lego games etc for kids im trying to get my son into pc gaming and away from ps4 i think i might just try to build him a small form factor pc instead i have a spare 680gtx i could use to save some $$

Yeah, I think that sounds like a better idea, especially if you already have a decent graphics card lying around. There are some pretty good ITX form factor cases out there, maybe search youtube for some good builds that people have done.
