Alienware area 51 Registry file failure BSOD

Heres the problem its a Alienware area 51 with an asus motherboard. it will boot with into bios and then once it tries to boot into windows xp prof. the bar scrolls then i get a flash of a BSOD and i reboots. Ive used the xp restore disk from alienware and it still does not boot it does the same thing ive tried it with 3 different hard drives one with xp preinstalled one with 7 and a brand new one with alienware restore windows xp installed. the win 7 boots to recovery,installation and command prompt but doesnt go any further. i tried signing in on the xp pre inst. drive and almost signed it. the BSOD error is 0c0000128 Registry File failure dumping physical memory. any suggestions?

Hello... The first I do when re-commissioning a OLD piece of Equipment, is to start with removing the old MB Battery, CMOS clear, and New battery.

ive done that before and nothing changed but thanks for the suggestion
