alienware aurora r3 motherboard cpu support

Iv recently got a alienware aurora r3 motherboard and I need to know what cpus this mb can support i know that the socket type is lga 1155 and the chipset is Intel P67 Express but thats all i know.

im not sure what version bios it has but it cant be that difficult to update it can it?

theirs the problem i dont have a cpu to go with it that is why i asked what cpus are supported

ok ill probably go with one of the i3s and if it does not work then ill get a replacement board.
