So recently I have noticed that while watching all sorts of online videos on many different players sometimes the apps I have opened freeze for some time (can't tab into them and the app I have on display at the moment doesn't respond) but the audio from the video still plays, and the video itself still plays in synch with the sound. Funny enough this only matters to non windows 11 apps. The windows menu and other apps like task manager and file explorer work fine. I also don't have problems with gaming, even with more demanding titles. This system had a format about 2 months ago and I do them regularly. Sometimes the freezes will happen when no video is playing, but then I can tab between all of the apps with no problem. Is there a potential fix to this? It's kinda annoying. Also I haven't changed anything in my system for a while and this wasn't happening before.

My specs:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix x570-f
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Gainward Phoenix GS RTX 2060
PSU: Seasonic focus GX 850w gold
SSD: WD Black SN 750 1TB
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z neo 32GB 3600mhz cl 16

Okay, so I don't have any windows update prompts, and I have checked the official site. I do have tha latest windows 11 version right now. SFC theoretically found corrupted files, but we will see if the issue persists. Going to reboot now

Also look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error codes, warnings, or even informational events just before or at the time of the freezes.
So I just had a few freezes (only less than 1 sec long though) and there is nothing in event viewer or in reliability history so I don't think this is an error in windows, but not entirely sure
