All Games Are Freezing

All of my games are always, I mean always freezing. I tried all of the things i could do like update drivers, update windows 10 and other more but nothing changes. I even go to dell's support assist and check whether i have problems or not (it said your computer is working perfectly). This laptop is just months old, its specs are: intel 5500, 2gb dedicated nvidea geforce 920m, 4gb ram, 500gb space... I counted how many times i forced shutdown my laptop its over 25+ times already (overall lifespan) pls help... also i also encountered some blue screens: "nmi hardware failure" "kernel security check failure"

Actually, this occured even when i had windows 8.1.... so I tried upgrading to windows 10 then it did have slight improvements but as the days went by i can experience the freeze again

Actually, this occured even when i had windows 8.1....

considering its happened with two versions of windows, and its only a few months old, i would contact the manufacturer for a replacement, as your hardware is most likely causing this issue.

Ok... Ill try doing the clean install first, If the problem's still there I'll contact the Seller... Ohh! one last thing i forgot to include that i did a factory reset when i still have win 8.1, does that mean anything?

Updated to windows 10, Updated Drivers, Did A lot of Configurations, Enjoying New Games at Ultra Low Settings! Thanks for the Help!
