[SOLVED] All games are getting windowed. Not running fullscreen

Hi,
In my laptop, games used to work great. But only recently, all games are running windowed and not fullscreen. Some games are not displaying only, because it is running windowed and perhaps it is incompatible because in the settings, they are all set to fullscreen.

I have also forced fullscreen through the Target URL, but still games are running windowed.

Is there any startup item which may conflict? can you please help me out? I miss gaming properly

What happens if you press alt + enter when game is windowed?

Are you running Windows 10? If you are,
try disable fullscreen optimisation in the game's exe compatibility tab.
