All of my games are crashing out of nowhere...

Sorry, I don't know where to put this

Out of nowhere all of my games crash and won't work.
One of my games get a fatal error and sometimes freezes the pc.
Another game crashes on startup.
And another game gets an EAC error.
The crashes are different for every game
I also bluescreen a lot and I think that based upon all of the bluescreens error codes that it's my RAM.
This started happening out of nowhere and it happened for 2 weeks about 3 months ago but went away out of nowhere and now it's came back.
Also everything worked fine yesterday for a while then it all came back and stopped working today.
I've updated my drivers, checked for malware, checked for damaged software in my PC and so far nothing

I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me with this.

Edit: I got the PC about 4 months ago so it can't be the PC getting old.

go back to stock if youre overclocking.
test with one 1 stick of ram installed at a time.
If still happening with both sticks independently tested then it could be PSU or GPU

okay, ill try testing the RAM
and it cant be overclocking since ive never gone close to doing that
