All of my games look choppey and jittery even with high fps.

Hello, I have been living with a problem with my computer for around 9 months now. To put it simply, every game I play looks choppy, jittery and laggy no matter how good my fps is. I have tried many ways of fixing the problem so far;

New CPU cooler
New Windows installation
New hard drive
New GPU

I have now saved up more money so I can replace the broken one, its just I have no idea which one it is! I am thinking about getting a new CPU, but before I do so I want to know what other people think it could be. Thanks for reading! I value all of your responses greatly!

Have you tried turning V-Sync on? It locks the FPS to the same rate as your monitor refresh rate. Without V-Sync you can experience screen tearing

Look dude, I don't mean to be rude, but I have had this thing for 9 months and have spent over £400 trying to fix it. Why on Earth wouldn't I have tried to use V-sync?! It is pretty bloody clear that it is not a simple fix, y'know after making 10+ threads.

You are coming off as rude even though you say you don't mean to. How was I supposed to know what you've done. If you've spent 400 on replacing parts that are obviously not related to your issue then you are a fool. CPU cooler and hard drive? Seriously?

Obviously you did not value my response as you have originally suggested.
