Question All RGB lights suddenly stop working, but fans still working

All (case and additional RGB) suddenly stop working after starting PC. Connected to 2 controller, one came with case, another bought separate to additional fans. All connections OK . Fans blinking in a second when I starting PC and that's it. Any ideas?

and what software are you using to control available LEDs?
and have you checked BIOS for RGB effects/options?

I have Asus Rog Strix B-550-F motherboard and didn't use any soft for control LEDs. didnt try to check BIOS

this is definitely not ALL COMPONENTS.

since we don't know what case, what LED hub, or any other hardware that may be affected or how they may be connected there isn't much help to offer.

system specs should be included with all hardware related issues as:

MOTHERBOARD(along with current BIOS version):
CPU:
RAM:
GPU:
CASE:
PSU(along with overall age):
DRIVES:
OS:
along with any user hardware additions and/or modifications.

in this case also provide all connected RGB devices, which hub they are connected to, and where they are placed.

didn't use any soft for control LEDs. didnt try to check BIOS

if devices are connected to board aRGB/RGB ports try installing motherboard control software and see if LED devices are detected.
also, make sure LED/RGB effects are "on" in the BIOS.
