"All Topics" Link Doesn't Work

When I click the "All Topics" link on the main Tom's Hardware US site (bottom right hand corner of the "Recent Questions" block) I get a "This Page Does Not Exist" error. It looks like the link is missing the last /.

You are correct... It does the same thing when I click on the link myself

Clearly not a big deal, as all the other links seem to work. But for some reason I like to use that link. It may have been broken for a while now though (I guess nobody else uses it).
