Allied/Deer Power Supplies

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? Particularly the AL-A400ATX, which is AMD approved for the XP 2000+. It's only $37 US online, which is about half the price of "Big Name" 400W PSs. So is it half as good, ha ha?

I've heard a few really good comments about Allied/Deer, and a few bad comments.

I have a deer 300W PSU in my other case, no problems at all and it's pretty silent.
