Altec Lansing ADA995 THX 5.1 Speaker System

Hi everyone.

I recently got my hands on a secondhand set of the Altec Lansing ADA995 THX 5.1 Speaker System. The only problem with them is that they did not come with the woofer. Is there any way to hook this system up to my computer without it, or am I out of luck?

Hi Flukebat,

These satellite speakers work just like any other regular speakers. You need to hook your audio output to an amplifier than from the speaker output of the amplifier/receiver, hook it up with your speakers. You need some special cables to do that or if you have the original cable, cut one end, keep the other into the speaker
