Im trying to decide if I should take a chance or not with Andromeda on pc or just go console on it. Since the min requirements as far as cpu goes seem a bit steep.

MSI 970 pro carbon mobo
Fx-4350 ocd to 4.8ghz
16 gig 1866mhz ram
MSI gtx 960 4g gaming card
Gygabite grx 960 4g gaming card
Both in SLI
Windows 10 on a 250g ssd
Games are all run on a 4tb sata hd

I understand that battlefield 1 has similar requirement as its the same engine. Just never tried running BF1 as I have no interest in it. Can't afford the better AMD cores at the moment probably not for a year or 2.

Sorry if double posted kept getting errors.

No those are well over 200$ Andromeda is something been planning to get for a while. I simply want to know yay nay if it would work or not. Because I have no way to test it, guess Ill wait until the 16 and test the 10 hour demo.

And tha link was marked at way higher price + overseas shipping. There is no such thing as a 132$ 8350 for me, it ends up costing over 200$ easily always they vary from 230 to 300$ considering its the equivalent of a I5 maybe i7. Even a 4350 still goes for 100$CND and US shipping is not worth it as it brings the cost to more than Canadian.

If the 4350 cant handle it than Ill get it for console and put money aside to upgrade the pc which will take time.

60$ for the game on console/pc 300$ total if pc requires new cpu... so yeah rather avoid shelling 200+ in one shot.

That likely depends whether the demo has any battles with lots of AI active, as that's the kind of thing that stresses the CPU. Demos aren't always a good indication of how the game will play.
