Amazon sent wrong RAM (UDIMM instead of DIMM), will it work regardlessly?

Recently I bought this Kingston RAM, KVR13N9K2/16, it is advertized as a DIMM-kit, however I was sent a UDIMM version instead. I'm planning to use it on this Intel DH67BL motherboard together with the intel i7 2600k. The most striking visual difference from the advertized version and the UDIMM kit I got is that mine is only about half as tall.

I was looking at the RAM compatibility page of my motherboard, but I am none the wiser. Will unbuffered DIMM DDR3 ram generally work on Motherboards that accept DIMM as default? If it does, will it work at the same level of quality? I was looking around for a bit, and found conflicting opinions, such as that UDIMM and DIMM are the same format and retailers just don't bother putting up the extra letter, or that UDIMM characterizes a special type of RAM that is mostly used in workstations etc... Thanks.

Solution
It's possible that the images amazon have are just a generic RAM stick, rather than those actual sticks.

UDIMM=DIMM, I'm 95% sure.

From the datasheet:
The module defined in this data sheet is one of several configurations available under this part number. While all configurations are compatible, the DRAM combination and/or the module height may vary from what is described here.

If you look at the second set of images on page 2, it says it's 18.75mm tall. That sounds like what you've got.

Should work fine.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Is KVR13N9K/2 (from Kingston) the part number of the RAM? There are some other digits on the package but I don't think they're relevant.

Well, on the package it's still named the same as the one I wanted, KVR13N9K2/16 , with the only difference being that it's referenced as a 10600 CL9 240-Pin UDIMM Kit. But if I check the manufacturer's page, the dimensions of it are far different from the one I got. It's being refernced as 3 cm tall, while mine is only about 1,5 cm. Also, it's being described as a PC3-10600 CL9 240-Pin DIMM Kit on there instead.

I just wanted to make absolutely sure it would fit and work before I opened the packaging and voided the warranty.
