Out of curiosity can I ask why? Ive had good dealing with them in the past. Have you had bad experiences with them or do you just want to wait for a retail box cpu?

Well, retail does come with a heatsink and fan which makes the better OEM price not that much better. Also Retail has the greater warrenty, especially if your going to attempt some OC'ing...With a retail warrenty you can basically return anything. Finally, from what I hear from Stable....OEM may not be as high a quality of a chip.

I have a Gigabyte 7DX with a 2 * 128 Ram = 256 ram PC2100 ECC. Does the mobo support the ECC. I was planing to overclock the FBS of the athlon to 133 mHZ * 2 = 266 MHz so it could take advantage of the PC2100. Let me know what you think.
