So i just made my new PC
CPU: AMD 9370 FX
GPU: Club3D PokerSeries Radeon HD 7970 GDDR5 3GB Royal Ace
MotherBoard: ASrock 990FX Extreme 9
PowerSupply: Club3D 1000Watt
SSD: 120GB Samsung Evo 840 Basic
HDD: Seagate 1TB
Corsair 1600mhz 8GB(2x)

Windows 8.1 as OS.

And as you see i am running BF4 way under performance how can i fix that?

ive got a 4770 and a 7970 OC (Gigabyte) and with everything on High i get ~55fps on 2560x1440p

That may be the problem. Never use the CD drivers for a GPU. Download them from their website and make sure to install the CAP profiles while there.

I'll get around 30-40 FPS on Ultra With the dowloaded drivers for the gpu from the website. on 1920x1080p i got a BenQ RL 2445 Monitor didnt install those drivers but thats because i cant find any. What do I do wrong i installd the motherboard drivers of the disc but couldnt really find any newer on the site. here are some dxdiag info ------------------

Getting one question out of the way first: did you enable Vsync somehow? disable that, if it's giving you low FPS readings without Vsync then there's something gone wrong

Just finished downloading Civ 5 and LOTR: war of the north still should try it but games like CS :GO runs perfect okay thats CPU related but minecraft runs like 40 FPS ...
EDIT: how do i make sure Anti - anialising and RS are 100%

That's odd, the only thing off the top of my head would be to uninstall the AMD drivers, use driver sweeper and then reinstall them

They're in the graphics settings for BF4, msaax4 is a bit high but manageable with a 7970, set the resolution scale 100% if it isn't already

Realized LOTR isnt a that high quality game but ill test what you said. on BF4 it also points 1920x1080P at 59.95 Hertz not 60

There's no real difference between that 59.95Hz and the refresh rate of your monitor, wouldn't worry about that too much
