Im looking for a motherboard that is compatible with a AMD 8350 CPU with a AMD Raedon R9 390. If anyone could help me that would be great.

There are a few select boards out there with PCIE 3.0 like the 990fx Sabertooth GEN 3 https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_990FXGEN3_R20/specifications/
But depending on your country they can be hard to come by. And the extra cost probably wouldnt be worth it. As pcie 3.0 offers little to no performance increase.

May I ask why you would be buying a 8350 in 2016? The CPU is 5 years old now. Would be much better off with a Skylake i5 (even the cheapest one) or a 4th gen i5 if you can get them cheaper

Solution
It's possible to use a computer without a SSD, but they make a tremendous difference in terms of user experience over an old mechanical hard drive. If anything, you could leave out the 1TB drive entirely, and add one down the road if you find you're running out of space.
