AMD 8350 running at ~50C idle all of a sudden?

I've been noticing some climbs all of a sudden. I have a UEFI motherboard which I know displays incorrect readings as power saving is turned on, however this is the climbs.

UEFI / BIOS Reading with Power Saving on: ~55C
SpeedFan Reading: ~50C
Starting Steam: ~52C
Starting a high end game: ~75C.

I am using a stock cooler, but it never gave any problems and I don't believe a stock cooler would cause a climb like this randomly. I re-applied Thermal Paste as thin as possible and reattached the heat sink / fan. It worked a little bit, but the numbers show it's not enough.
I run all of my fans on high at 100% and that is thrown in with the numbers above. What is causing this?

I have no viruses or such. Nothing is looking suspicous with CPU usage either.

Have you re-applied the thermal paste? 9 times out of 10 the thermal paste that come's with the stock cooler only lasts a few months to a year. Its because of cheaply made thermal paste. I myself own an amd rig and had the very same problem with my idle temps. I found out it was just the thermal paste... after buying a new cpu heatsink fan.... but having a better heatsink fan isn't to bad.
