Hi guys,i am planning to upgrade my pc i already have 4GB @1333 ram i hav planned to buy a4 6300 some of them are telling you should buy 4GB ram@1600 My question is what is difference between them??? will it increases FPS in games

You already have 4gb at 1333. Replacing it wouldn't make a difference.

You can't add another 4gb. Ram has to be in kits - all the exact same sticks of ram that have been tested together.
