AMD A6 5400k Or AMD A4 5300

Solution

Get the A6 5400K or you will not be able to use a monitor... Which is really important.

Cache doesn't effect processing speed greatly for most applications, espeically not down here on the lower end.
The A6 5400K.

Here is a good motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157334&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

But Friends Can i choose "Athlon" series or May i choose "A" series since A series have 1 MB cache and Athlon Have 2 MB Cache. Is it affecting system speed or not ?
i am using firstly for programing .net works etc secondly for Gaming

My i choose F2A55-M LK mobo ?

Do you have a dedicated GPU? If not, an A series chip is your only real choice.

Since you don't have a dedicated GPU, the A6 is definitely the way to go!
