Question Amd a6-7400k wont reach max boost clock

my pc just crash recently and after i boot it up again the cpu speed wont move at all. the boost clock was 3.90 GHz. i already selected high performance even i stress it.its stuck on 3.5 GHz at 100% usage

spec:
AMD a6-7400k
gtx 750 ti
8gb of ram (ddr3)
500 w psu

Make and model of the PSU, the motherboard and your rams. Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?
