Yup its all bios tinkering/proper cooling when it comes to Ocing.

To get a fan? I thought I wouldn't need one because I am Ocing the CPU...but if you believe I need one, I will surely look for one. What do you recomend?

You might/might nto need any extra fan, depends of the case you buy... Some are already full of fans, others have emoty bays to add some...
