AMD Athlon II X3 455, need processor fan?

Title says it all, will be getting this soon for my dell inspiron 570, should i get a new processor fan? Tried upgrading my exhaust fan but of course STUPID DELL decided not to put an extra 4 prong cable so I can't really plug in any exhaust fans :/

Hey guys so I look at my mother board and it looks like I have four screw wholes, will the brackets still work if I don't have something with those four holes?

4 holes is all there will ever be. It'll be fine, you're worrying too much, lol. Like I said the brackets are universal, so they fit ALL standard mobos that it'll work with (every modern socket except for LGA 2011, in the case of the TX3. The 212+ and Evo even work with LGA 2011, but that doesn't matter here).
