AMD athlon ii x4 640 and the 1050, worth the upgrade?

Dear community,

I'm considering to upgrade my cpu for this system. I just bought the 1050 for 100 euro and I'm considering to buy a amd phenom ii x6 1090T for around 40 euro.

System specs:
MB = am3 socket
CPU = AMD Athlon II x4 640
GPU = Nvidia 1050
RAM = 6 gb ddr3
PSU = 400W
OS = windows 10.

I'd like around a 30-40% increase in performance for the price of 40 euro. My budget isn't very big, so upgrading the MOBO is not really an option to me.

At the moment most games run at 99% cpu and around 60-80% GPU.

I think FX 6300 would be better, they also cost around 40€ used and are faster than the phenom.

I think FX 6300 would be better, they also cost around 40€ used and are faster than the phenom.

I believe the FX 6300 requires an AM3+ socket.
