[citation][nom]AMD_pitbull[/nom]And there-in lies the problem. Majority of people sticking with XP tells the companies that they're happy with those graphic resolutions and restrictions. Windows Vista was next gen with dx10...[/citation]

Except that Windows Vista was nothing to get excited about. Now that Windows 7 is out people can get excited again. People now have a reason to move on from XP.

But like you said, now we can tell the developers that we want DX11. Now we are ready for hardware to move on and give us something new.

I know plenty of people who just buy anything Nvidia even though ATI may be a better buy. Somehow the Nvidia brand is associated with quality for whatever reason.

[citation][nom]styrkes[/nom]New products? Oh I wish it'll be the 6000 series[/citation]

It probably will be the HD6700 line as they have planned.

I just hope the HD6800 series hits sooner. Unless the HD6700 can make Fermi look like a GTX200 all while costing less.....

[citation][nom]notty22[/nom]Wonder why Charlie isn't writing a article on these financial results. The blogger who whines about Nvidia endlessly. How does his rantings that ATI could lower their prices and compete/destroy Nvidia, make sense when even without competition for dx11 cards for months, ATI raising msrp's, they still not make money ?[/citation]
Why isn't Charlie giving any of his commentaries on AMD's financial results? Because he's a biased douchebag with a personal vendetta against Nvidia. I just can't imagine why any self respecting tech enthusiast would consider his editorials a legitimate source for news.

That's rescribes the entire internet raving red fanboy crazed 12 year old lying crew all over, everywhere.
There simply is no NVidia equivalent.

The reason of course is, the inferior crashing underdog piece of junk ati needs loads of propaganda and lies and hatred spewing just to pretend to be equal.
