PBO is enabled on this CPU but setup OOBE, there is so much misinformation on the web posted by people that really have no clue what they are talking about.
And if the processor ends up failing after a while due to it running outside of specs, is it really worth it for a tiny bit of extra performance? If AMD felt the processor was safe to overclock, they almost certainly would have left that option easily accessible, like with the rest of their processors. None of today's high end processors tend to leave much room on the table for overclocking, as they are designed to get nearly everything out of the hardware at stock settings.
