[SOLVED] AMD CPU and RAM questions

Hey!

So I just got my new rig and a few questions came up:
(specs)
CPU: Rysen 7 3700x
MoBo: Asus X570 TUF Gaming Plus
RAM Patriot Viper Steel 16GB 3600Mhz

Can I just turn on the DOCP without having to change any other settings/voltages?
and
Can I just use the AMD Precision OverDrive with the DOCP profile?
and
Can I use DOCP and AMD precision OverDrive to run the memory and cpu in a 1:1 ratio configuration, aka run the CPU's infinityband at 1800Mhz?
(asking because I am not very familiar with overclocking and with BIOS)

1)Yes.
2)Yes.
3)Yes. It automatically runs at 1:1 ratio up until the user tries to go over 3733mhz, then it switches to 2:1.
