Amd cpu isn't going completely in the socket?

My problem is that when im installing an Amd Fx 6300 into a Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 it goes in half way and I also checked if any of the pins broke with a magnifying glass to see if any pins broke. Is there anything I can do?

Is the gold arrow lined up with the arrow on the board? You should pull that bar up. Line up the CPU and put it in, then pull down the bar.

Yes it is align but only the top half of the cpu goes in :\
