All that has been known for months. The only new part of their fresh article is their "No DDR4 Support in Desktop Processors till 2016." But I recall reading something similar before:
I guess that DDR4 support is really aimed at the server version of the SoC
(codename Toronto) and that desktop will use DDR3, because DDR4 2400 MHz will
only bring improvements in power consumption (the bandwidth is the same).
