Starting from a few months back, my PC sometimes would sometimes crashed when i watch netflix and alt tabbing to another windows. However, it was random and not always happened i didn't even noticed up until now because, it only crashes when i was alt tabbing to another windows while watching netflix. Nothing seems happened if i alt tab while playing games or opening web browser.

So i googled out and try a few online suggestions to run whoCrashed to know what is wrong with my systems, and here are the dumplog when the crash happened.

File path:amdkmdag.sys
Description: ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver
Product: ATI Radeon Family
Company:Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Bug check description:This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced. This can be caused by a faulty driver. It can also be caused by faulty hardware, (in particular faulty or overheated RAM or video RAM) or an overheated system component.
Analysis:This is likely a software problem which means that it was probably caused by a bug in a driver.
There is a possibility that this is caused by memory corruption. Memory corruption can be caused by a faulty driver, faulty RAM, overheating and more. Read this article on memory corruption. Read this article on thermal issues
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.
It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver:
amdkmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.).
Google query:amdkmdag Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Any suggestions what should i do to fix this crash? Is this has something to do with my AMD GPU driver? should i downgrade the software?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Is this has something to do with my AMD GPU driver?
Perhaps. You can use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. See if that helps.

You might want to pass on your .dmp files for us to look through. You're going to have to host the files on a site akin to DropBox and then pass on the link on this thread.

Moved thread from Components section to Systems section.

Have you tinkered with any of the BIOS settings, especially memory overclocking (XMP etc)? If so, reset the BIOS to the defaults.

Likewise, reset the AMD video driver to the default settings.
