CPU: i5 10400f
MOTHERBOARD : B460 PRO4
RAM : 20gb ddr4 2400mhz ->
1x8GB: MTA8ATF1G64AZ-2G3B1
2x4GB: AD4U2400W4G17-S
1x4GB: AD4U2400WG17-BMIB
GPU: rx 570 saphire nitro+(with 8 and 6 pin connectors, but only using then 8 one since my psu doesn't also have a 6 pin)
On the box, it says the 6 pin is optional and used for an enhanced gaming experience
PSU: 500W

I keep getting amd driver timeouts, if I use a different mobo, cpu, ram(ddr3), the problem seems to have disappear.

My guess is bad timings? View: https://imgur.com/a/LV0N4WO

I have tried using only one stick, in different slots, but nothing happens.

1. Mixed RAM, never a good idea.
2 Get better PSU with appropriate connections

Do you strongly believe that getting a better psu with appropiate connections will fix the problem?
PSU is often ignored but everything depends on it, many don't even have as much power as claimed or power is not distributed properly. Now, my Asus ROG Rx 570 has only one 8 pin and works just fine. so with decent PSU may not need any more power. Don't forget that GPU is using up to 75W from PCIe port and lack of power from that side (also caused by inadequate PSU) can contribute to problems.
As I said before, your mixed RAM may also be a problem. Before anything else I would try with only those 2x4GB: AD4U2400W4G17-S plugged in right places.
